Wordless Wednesday: A Touch of Fall

I've got nothing today. I hit a wall. I didn't post yesterday, breaking my November streak for NaBloPoMo. Hmph.

I was tired. It's been that kind of week, ever since the morning fall.

So I'm sharing a touch of a different kind of fall today.

A bit of autumn for my Wordless Wednesday post. Semi-wordless, I suppose, since these are, in fact, words, right? Looks like I had a similar 11/11 post last year, only with way more substance. This year I'm quietly slipping by.

Simple. Quiet. Leaves softly falling.

You can almost hear the leaves crunching as you walk by.

Thing is this picture isn't current. It isn't even from my area - but maybe you knew that because I never get these colors for long enough to catch a picture or two of them each fall.

But it is my picture. I took it. So many years ago it's amazing I remember it and still have it.

A touch of fall. Thank you for allowing me to share it with you. And thank you for coming by to share it with me.

Did you do a Wordless Wednesday post today? I don't have a link-up but I'd love for you to leave your post URL if you did so I can come by and see what sort of beauty you've shared.

fall, autumn, colorful, seasonal, Wordless Wednesday, flashback, memories
