On Sunday we went to get some pumpkins at a "kind of" pumpkin patch. Basically they bring all the pumpkins in, spread them out and create a fun atmosphere to pick your pumpkins. Not an actual farm or anything, we did the bootleg version this year. Which was all the same to our little one. And cheaper! No entry fee, bigger pumpkins and earlier that afternoon we participated in the Triangle Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome, which the fees went entirely to the charity, so despite leaving before the walk started, we had a great time playing on the inflatables, riding a kid-sized firetruck, and playing with a K-9 puppy! All in all it was a great day!
Here are a few snapshots:
So cute! Love the shot of her "eating" the corn. :) Thanks for the visit.
ReplyDeleteSo fun! We have something similar out here. In fact, they just opened at the beginning of this month, and we are excited to go! I LOVE Fall! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a lot of fun! We are taking our Buggy girl to a pumpkin farm/festival this weekend. That is if there is a break in the rain. Thanks for visiting today.
