I still love my crockpot!

I made a yummy dinner yesterday. And it was SO simple, anyone could do it. I promise!

* shredded, pre-cooked chicken (I took it from an oven-roaster from the grocery store)
* 1-2 c BBQ sauce
* 1 can whole cranberry sauce

* splash of frozen peas (or veggie of your choice)

Cook on low for about 4 hrs, more (6) if you're using frozen chicken, even more (8) if it's frozen chicken breasts.

So for the first time I cooked this perfectly, and my husband went out after work! D'oh! The key is not to over-cook it, because then the cranberries might as well be mush. They're really yummy when they stay whole, and they just completely add to the BBQ sauce and the whole thing is delicious. Serve it with a side of mashed potatoes (homemade? Nah! Country Crock Side Dishes, I had a Q!) and you're set.

Enjoy!
