Recipe: Corn Casserole

Lazy Mom Recipe for this week is something so simple, even your kid could do it!

Lazy Mom's Corn Casserole

* 16 oz can of creamed corn

* 16 oz can of corn (drained)

* 1 box of corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)

* 1 c milk

* 1 egg

Mix ingredients together. Grease casserole dish. Pour mixture in.

Cook at 375* for 35-45 minutes.

Absolutely delish!



  1. I've got a similar recipe that also calls for sour cream... I like it better than regular corn bread - YUM!

  2. My husband loves corn. I may have to try this recipe.

  3. I make something very similar and it is sooooo yummy! And corn is the only veggie Abby will eat (her sister loves ALL veggies, so frustrating). Yum!
